Imagine this.
You've got almost enough to buy Town Hall 10.
Your phone, tablet, etc. is low on battery, so you turn it off and go get the charger.
When you come back on in 5-20 minutes, someone's raided you. You no longer are anywhere NEAR Town Hall 10.
You visit the attacker. He's got nice, full gold storages which will make up for your loss easily.
You tap the revenge button.
Can't attack! Player has active shield!

I have a solution to this.
- Revenge raids can override shield (when raid finishes, shield gained from the raid will be added to the previous shield the player had.
- Rather than the usual loot system, I say that there should be this system for revenge raids
- No Town Hall loot reduction.
- No loot cap.
- Percentage of player's loot raidable: 30%
