there should be a page that helps clans be more organized. leader can allow specific people to see it and to edit it.

good ways to use it:
-spies from other clan in war cant see your plans
-there is access to this unlike a message for some one group chat
-and mail goes to everyone unlike this
-can write who attacks who in war
-warnings for people
etc

We don't need a new feature just to teach a clan leader how to keep an efficient and organized clan. Everything you mentioned can be done by a well-organized leader through clan chat, clan mail, etc. If your clan leader isn't good then leave, because disorganized leadership isn't SC's problem.
