This may have said before Im not sure so sorry if I am repeating if it has! The idea is what if the amount of trophy you get from the raid deepens on how good the base your attacking is compared to your base! Please tell me what you think!

This is how gameplay already is. Earning a victory against a Town Hall above your level gains more trophies than attacking a Town Hall below. Opposite goes for when losing an attack: losing to a higher TH will cause you to lose less trophies than when losing to a lower TH.

Its the trophies that dictate how many you get from another base. If you're in silver 1 and attack someone in gold 2 you'll get around 30 trophies

No it isn't. You get more trophies, if you get more stars and if your opponent has higher trophies then you. Th lvls only count toward loot bonus/penalty.
