XP For upgrading troops

I noticed no xp is earned when i upgrade troops which is ridiculous. For everyone who works hard for their troop upgrades, there is no reason for not earning any experience points

Experience points mean nothing and there is no way to find a fair balance between xp for upgrading and xp for donating. So, let it slide.
