Name change

I spent two weeks mulling over my name change. Contemplated 4 options and narrowed it down to 1, then still waited 4 days before changing it.

When you're only given one shot at something and it clearly tells you only one shot - dont rush into it like a kid in a candy store.

Stick with what you have as a nice life lesson to remember a valuable word: Patience

Why don't they allow us to change the name each month once, what harm is going to happen????? . Origin had this policy and they changed it that everyone can change his name as many times he wants.

I am not opposed to more frequent changes. But there should be a cost associated to it relative to the frequency of the change. For example, I could see a name change system like this:

• First change is free and available any time
• After 1 year and each year thereafter, names can again be changed for free.
• No name change can be made within 3.9 months after a name change.
• 4 Months after a name change you may change your name again for 8 million gold or 2000 gems
• each month thereafter the cost goes down 1 million elixir or 250 gems until you get to 1 year and its 0

You dont. I dont think I will change my name again. But I dont think the ability to change once a year is unreasonable. Sooner than that and it should be a hefty fee.

In my case my nephew changed my name , I wanted to change it to the old one it didn't work, anyways some ppl would want to change their names for a lot of reasons , maybe they want to hide from a certain player , maybe they want to give away their game to some one else , the question is Why this rule exists , why is it strict ?????
