Since the resent update where you may have a de collector at th 7, then another at th 8, and another at th 10, making a total of 3, I think u should get another de collector at th 9, making a total of 4 de collectors, and maybe adding 1 or 2 more de upgrades,

You want to have the storages upgraded or you want the collectors upgraded? Guessing they do not have more de collectors because they want people to be forced to attack for it. The one that was given at th 7 imo was given in hopes of lowering the amount of zapping that was being done. Not sure worked but was a good try.
As for the upgrades, collectors, again they want you to have to farm de as much as just collect it. If was the stores you wanted upgraded, the stores usually hold the max amount needed to upgrade a hero at the highest amount. Thus having them hold more would not be necessary.

Fairly poor idea in my op; I get a max of 1k de as an 8 and towmhall 9 may have 2 drills as well but these drills are able to be upgraded. Thus increasing the production. You don't really need another one because you actually have the ability to get 2k de per raid as a 9 where as a towmhall 7 night strugle thus explaining the need for them to have a drill. A townhall 10 has an additional drill because of the fact of the troop cost to successfully attack a Townhall 10.
This all is already pretty balanced and a another drill isn't really needed.
God and i thought collectors were OP for TH7s... I mean, we all went through TH7 without them. By having a collector at TH7 we will have more noobs
No I don't think we should have another DE collector. It is fine the way it is.

Srsly, though, there is no need to propose more collectors of any kind or their upgrades. :-)
