Here's the deal: we are a level 5 clan with 107 wins. We have been together for over 2 years. We have 2 clans.

The group is all adults. Members will grill new folks, to make sure you're not a kid. And they boot folks who turn out to be sketchy, with no warning.

What's expected of you is that you're friendly, and treat others with the respect you demand, yourself. We have rules detailed... but it's all obvious things that any good player should want: donate often if you request often, discuss your war attacks, make sure you war with a legitimate strategy and full cc and spells... no war barchers, etc. Zero tolerance for folks who opt in to war, and then don't attack. You don't have to be awesome. You have to want to improve. That has to be a part of what makes the game fun for you.

We try to war nearly constantly. The only time we take a break is when we are lining up war start times with both clans, or when a war start time would make the next war's end time a problem. We expect people to war, TH7 and up, from time to time. But we generally don't insist on making everyone war... we're okay doing 20v20 wars while the majority of the clan sits.

We do dial our member list in for wars... that is to say, if we have 7 TH10 heading to war, we won't drag a TH6. We try to keep it 20% TH10 at most, at a time. Otherwise too much of the clan ends up having no viable targets.
