Clan War winning perk improvement.

Hello,

I'll go straight to the point, I think at the moment winning the clan war isn't really worthy :
Because at the moment, to win a CW i think most of us will use about 4-5k dark elixir at least (golems, witches+donations) and about 800-900k elixir.
The reward at the moment is like maximum 1M gold 1M elixir and 5K Dark elixir.
As you can see it's not really worthy. As a good farmer 2-3 attacks is enough to get that loot.

So i suggest that the winner of the clan wars should get some better rewards.
like Gems, something we can't loot in the game.
Just like 100gems for each players of the winning clan.

Clan wars are a game of their own and that's good. No need to compare it to farming in terms of loot. You want loot, you farm. You want some awesome clan perks, you go clashing. Also, if you're spending more than earning in clan wars, it's the reason for you to rethink your clashing, not the reason to redraw everyones' clashing. :-)

Clan wars are essentially a minigame inside clash of clans.
You do win something.. a nice clan info number besides 'Wars Won' and pride (as far as that goes in a game.)
My clan has 153 wins, I'm proud to be in one of the better war clans out there. That's what I've won by warring with them.

If you don't like spending that much, how about just spending less on troops so the income from the CW will be more than what you spent?

I agree in with the notion that clan wars are basically not profitable. This is even more noticeable for the top donators. However clan wars are what make this game fun for me. If clan wars didn't exsist I would have quit this game long ago.

Its not profitable in elixir but thats not the same with gold
and also SC won't give u gems for free in another way the current gifts are sufficient

I have to agree with others when they say that clan wars is a world away from farming. Attempting to balance both play-styles is hard (I should know). But I do have to agree, Dark Elixir loot needs to be tweaked, perhaps made a little higher. Training Golems alone for GoWiPe can be really expensive, especially when you use higher level ones. Then again, it's the play-style we've chosen.

and gems u can achieve the wars achievements u will get ur gems

if you want resources farm, CW is more of "PRIDE" than PRIZE. The excitement it gives. the bond it creates among the clan mates. the morale it gives. and pure unadulterated FUN.

if your problem is about the resources you lose upon donating try to manage your clan well, let other members contribute, recruit more high levels to help you donate.
