I player attack me, and all the time i want to do the revenge action, it said that the player is online ... all the time...

his name : CUYUM_13 from the clan "PSHT Bojonegoro"

Have you photo proof of this? you will need to send proof to the "In-game support" options in the game settings menu

Also being online all the time doesn't make him a b0tter, you are also online everytime you check. I would just suggest you ignore the revenge button.
