I'm a casual player. I only attack for clan wars and otherwise just sit back and upgrade what I can. Having said that, I do my best to win in clan wars, and find it extremely annoying when, in the heat of battle, I accidentally hit the surrender button and then hit 'Okay'. I lose it, I snap, overreact! Just throwing it out there: put a toggle button for whether or not you want to have the option of surrendering somewhere in the options/preferences of the game.
