    New Troop: Wood Elf! (Special ability leech life)

    WHAT IS THE WOOD ELF?
    The wood elf is a creature who lives in the deep forests of the CoC world. His special Tree Spear allows him to fight with incredible skill and take down buildings quickly. However, due to his small body, the wood elf will not last as long as a giant on a battlefield. But, this is is when his special trait comes in...

    SPECIAL ABILITY
    The wood elf's special ability is called leech life. This ability means whenever a friendly troop near it dies within a small radius, around 2-3 tiles, (comment to tell me what you think the radius should be) it recieves 10% of the troop's maximum health. For example if a level 7 barbarian dies, then the wood elf gains 10% of its full health. So, the elf would gain 10% of 125 hitpoints, which is 12.5 hitpoints. This would work with any troop dying. However, if you think putting a golem next to it would make the troop overpowered, then remember that the wood elf can only have so much HP before it has max health and it cant have anymore.

    Design
    The wood elf has pale skin, similar to a wizards, but has large, pointed ears. His eyes are quite large, and are pure black, because of the dark elixir. He wears armour made of wood, which has swirly patterns engraved on it. His body is also covered in a few vines, which seem to have grown on him for many years. His design looks similar to an elf from the worlds of lord of the rings or skyrim, however has a more cartoony look. His weapon, the tree spear is a double edged Bo staff made from the branch of a tree. He uses both ends of the stick to attack.

    HOW TO DEFEND/HOW TO ATTACK
    There are numerous ways to attack with this troop. One is called barelfing. This means using barbarians to act as suicide troops to give the wood elfs health, and allow them to destroy the base. A way to defend against a wood elf is by using good damage dealing defenses which only target single troops, so the elf cant regain much health. Alternatively, you could use splash damage defenses to quickly take out all troops so the elves dont have anyone to leech health from.

    Army Camp Setups

    GoElfwi
    (golems, Elves and witches) Golems take most of the hits and basically soak up the damage. Witches spawn skeletons which quickly die, giving elves lots of health to keep on attacking.

    GiElfoon
    (giants, elves and balloons) Giants and balloons quickly take out defenses, whilst elves take put everything else, and gain health off any fallen giants or balloons within 3 tiles of them.

    intresting concept

    the idea is very nice and interesting to imagine.

    Make the Housing Space = 4
    And also the HP near 400 or so...
    Then the troop will be nice...

    range comment : 3 tiles is enough i guess.

    Interesting but OP -- imagine this troop getting 10% of the health of a max golum, dragon, or PEKKA.

    Yeah I've been thinkin about that too. I just put the maximum HP down to 550, so now even if he does get some of a Golem's health, the max he can have is only 550, which isnt really that much when you consider how much damage some defenses do every second. If u have any better way around this problem plz tell me. Thanks

    What happen if the troop dies. The troops that are still alive will they get the extra health or will the health just disappear into thin air

    I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean will ALL troops gain health or only elves? If you mean only elves then yes, elves gain health off any troop, even other elves. Please tell me if I completely misunderstand you
