As evidence, they just added lightning-rod by any name to the official ruled out section in the last week or so. It's a brand new action on their part against anti-zapping ideas. We don't even have to use SuperSteve's months old quote as the most recent reply anymore.

I agree, Zapping needs to be changed, SC should change the lightning spell to do 10 x damage to DE storage, to make it a lot easier to steal DE from people.
