    Donated troops vs. received troops?

I am curious to know what clan leaders do concerning players who have a higher received number than donated number. For new members, I believe it should be a kick. But what if it is an elder or loyal member who donates a lot. Thanks in advance for your responses.

I for instance am the second highest donater with 2747 troops donated (purely archers)
    Right now im at 2747/3391.
    With math this happens
    Requested Troops: 113 times
Filled requests: 550 people ive donated to
    In reality this "ratio" is
    550:113
That doesnt seem to be leeching to me or any of mine clan. Leeching is more like
    100:1000
So negative ratios are OK as long as it doesnt surpass the amount of people you filled in this case for me
    550 filled / 113 requested (30 cc slots)

So any clan requiring positive ratios is dumber then a rock. These numbers will ALWAYS be inflated unless you donate the troops equal to your CC level such as only golems with 30 slots.
Or. 2 giants with a level 1 cc. Etc etc
    From an old post.

Aprixius' post sums it up. Donations/Received is a zero-sum game, for every person that is in surplus someone else will be in deficit of an equivalent amount.

Personally I use the received column as another activity indicator, if someone is actively requesting however a little light on the donations, I can deem that they are still active in the game. In donations in general, as they assist in my achievement of the 'Friend in Need' achievement I have no real issue in regards to reasonable differences.

It should also be noted, that I find when I am more actively raiding than other members in my clan my ratio of Donations:Recieved will blow out a little, which should not be held against my activity, so I don't hold it against others.

As long as they are donating to open requests before they ask for troops all is good.

    2 Cents

I agree with what has been said

If you are in a clan with alot of quality donators ratios will be off very easily. If you don't have people that are leaching bad then the good donators may not necessarily have a positive ratio

At least this is what I noticed when I switched from a clan that had a few very heavy leachers and one that donated very heavily.

Thank goodness we haven't had any leeches in my clan, but good to know how other clans are dealing with this issue.

If you could stock your own castle then you could ask for troops less often. But since the only way to stock your castle is through asking for troops and cause these troops play a great role in the gamer, it's hard to enforce a donate/receive ratio.
