Common sense however says this one won't change, as it's clearly exploitable.
APPEAL. That's the word! We should have a chance to appeal ideas which we believe are beneficial for both sides. SC should prioritize benefits for players. Without players and supporters, they're doomed.

For too easy to abuse.I hope we can have the right to declare war with other clans just for fun or you can create a new war mode called exhibition match wherein you can have war with your friend's clan etc. and not by just matchmaking forever because later on players will get tired of that same routine everyday. Oh yeah i totally agree with this feature. Why would anyone abuse this? I don't get it. Has the OP said anything about exp and war rewards? I don't think so.
make no exp and loot. Prep and war time exactly the same, if you're being occupied by an exhibition match you can't participate in a real war until the match is done. Donations, war armies, still cost elixirs and dark elixirs though. Now I want to see if any1 still agree with this idea. No? Good
Who would use this feature if they don't get anything out of it and have to waste 600000k elix and 5k DE (depends on army)? I mean, you could war for fun, but I don't find losing resources fun. OF course, that's my opinion, but this would just be a huge elixir and DE sinkhole.
You could tell the other clan to make their war bases a certain base (such as a revenge base or a popular war base), and practice on it twice before the real attack.
