I think it would be really helpful if a clan had a troop reserve that members could donate to. Clan members would be able to pull from the reserve at any time. This would be very helpful for clan members who are on different schedules. It would be a lot easier to keep your ratio up even when nobody else is on when you are playing. It could also make war preparation much easier. I know the feature could get complicated (limiting frequency, when does a donation count, pulling your own troops, new members abusing the system) but I do think it is worth it.
