Allow clan leaders to set members opt-in/opt-out setting

We have quite a few young clan members. They leave on vacation and forget to opt out. Or their bases are very rushed, and they are ineffective in clan war. We would like to be able to set them to opt out so we do not have to remember and manage each war those who are opted in that should not be in war.

Also, it would be nice if here were a yellow (maybe?) button. This would allow us to even up numbers with those who will war if needed to even up numbers. If upgrading spells, king, or queen, for example, folks may want to battle, but are not 100%. It would give the clan some flexibility.

correct u can but u would have to click them out of war every time u start war and hopefully not forget to click them this way u would be able to click then forget until they change it and not have to click it every time u start war
if ur not a leader or u are and u have all adults u wont understand why this is needed no offense to anyone in here

The yellow maybe button has been recommended before. Still a good idea... Still approve.
