Need dark elixir 😋 th9

Hello,
i newly entered th9,I am level 86 and all my defences are maxed to th8.
most of my walls are Lev7,but some are lev6.
altho I just came to th9,and all my buildings are th8,,,,my elixir troops are maxed out!! My bk is lev8 and my aq is lev4....believe me I came to th9 4days ago.....
the thing is I need dark elixir as I only have de troops to upgrade in lab and want to get my heroes to a good level..
i am in gold 2currently and am using gibarch with healer,
i am privatejoker,lev86,clan-saintless......

pls help me ,,,,,,tell a good stratgy and a good league,,,,,I am looking for 1k per attack minimum and will boost my troops if required,,,,,,
