What I think would be a good addition to the leadership ranks in clans is a Co-Founder. So the ranks would go; Elder, Co-Leader, Leader/Co-Founder. What the new rank would do is have two Leaders. Both have the same amazing power. This is just so that if a current leader would like to own it with his/her best friend (Or something) then he/she can get demoted and there would be two Leaders. To gain back full power, you would have to ask the other Co-Founder.
