New notifications

I think there comes a time where we would need notifications when we get declined from joining a clan, kicked out or anything else. Well, for people looking for clans, it would be tiring to look at your CoC every now and then just to see if you got accepted into the clan.

Samples:
"New Season have started"
"You got accepted into the clan ____"
"Sorry, you got declined into joining the clan"
"You've been promoted/demoted to ______"
"Maintenance break has started"
"Your mines/collectors/drills are full"
"War has been declared over _____"
"[player] has started clan war search"
"A new update is available!"
etc.
