More specifity regarding war status among clan members

1) More options than Opt in/Opt out. We need an 'Opt in if needed' option.

2) Clan members need to know when other members' heroes are unavailable. Currently heroes cannot be used in war when being upgraded. Its important for members to know how many heroes are down in order to decide when to upgrade.

I'm suggesting that players have an icon on their information bar for each the barbarian king and archer queen. If being upgraded, the icon for that unit would be dithered and have an approximate time until finished.

Yes. And when that fails, viewing your clanmates base will also show if a hero is upgrading or not.

If you are about to start a war and you have 19 ready to go and wanna do 20 vs 20 wars, send out a clan mail asking if anyone currently set to "red" status wants to be "green" for this upcoming war. Wait 5-10 minutes. Act accordingly.

Generaly u will know who to add ad who to not add if u're the leader and u know ur warriors
