You didn't read the initial post. You gain XP for each clan you war with, up to 3.

Up to 3 = normaly so without this feature what did it make new to the game a clan war refered to players not to clan just that illogic point ??

numbers of elders: 20 (40 points)
number of coleaders: 4 (12 points)
    leader:1 (4 points)
    total points: 76 points
20 divided by 76: members split 26% of points (each member gets 5.2 xp points)
40 divided by 76: elders split 53% of points ( each elder gets 5.3 xp points)
12 divided by 76: coleaders split 16% of points (each coleader gets 8 xp points)
4 divided by 76: leader gets 5% of points (leader gets 10 xp points)

My math is hasty, but this is just an example. Each member still carries some of the clan EXP with them. If a member leaves, it would affect the clan less than if a coleader left.
Hold on. Now we are talking about a clan member’s rank somehow equating to clan XP ? What does rank within clan relate to contribution to.clan XP during war ? And the mix and proportion of each rank within a clan is one of the most variable things between and within clans, and you want to further complicate it ?

Now you are really scrambling to defend the concept of shifting clan XP to individual XP and just muddying the waters with the effort.
Sorry, any credibility in your argument went out the window.

I think this is a bad idea. As a clan leader, I've worked hard to populate castle troops and win stars. Sometimes fighting way below my level to fill in for members that didn't fight, extra stars we needed, etc. Others in my clan have done the same. To see XP we've earned disappear because someone became disgruntled and left the clan wouldn't be a good idea at all.
