    Lightbulb No mire accidental mistakes

Almost all of us at some point have lost gems accidentally. I myself lost 400 gems when my 5 year old cousin bought Gold from them. Now I think Supercell can do a small thing to avoid these.

There should be a 3 digit PIN kind of a thing that every player should be given, whenever A person wants to spend more than 20 gems he should be asked to type the 3digit PIN.
Everybody is smart enough to remember a 3 digit PIN, but if someone forgets it he can see it by going in Settings, his pin should be written there so he can see when he forgets. It will not take more than 5 seconds for someone to type his/her PIN.

Note: Every person's PIN is not needed to be unique as it is just to avoid accidental key presses.

    .
Not everyone has a personal device for CLASH OF CLANS and the suggestion was for in-game accidents like, when u accidently click on gems button in Barracks and it do not even ask for confirmation, it directly deducts your gems.

Lock your phone just for CLASH OF CLANS and its better to remember a 3 digit PIN than minimum 6 digit password.

<sarcasm>I'm sure Supercell will be thrilled to implement any idea that actually prevents people from spending money. It is not that they are working for profit or smth. They are all about helping to solve child management problems...</sarcasm> :-)

It does not prevent , it stops accidental spending of gems.
Ya but you're right that its difficult that SUPERCELL will work in an idea that reduces their income, But if they really care about their players they should do it .

    Cost-benefit analysis:

The costs associated with creating a new PIN system, storing those secure PINs on servers, maintaining PIN reset request algorithms, all those additional human and software/hardware resources, all of it............ does not even remotely justify being spent in order to satisfy the very very very very very small number of Clash of Clans players around the world who feel very strongly in favor of your idea.

Cost is HIGH. Benefit is LOW. Annoyance for players who have no issue with the way gems are currently spent and now have to put in a separate PIN is HIGH.

From a commerce, and from an overall user satisfaction point of view, this idea will not fly, this I am 100% sure of. I suggest you find other ways to prevent future recurrences of this nature.
