Supercell, will you please remove or reduce the skeleton traps? They can and will totally botch an attack. Troop and heroes follow or target these skeletons and will occupy them up to 30 seconds. The hit points are way to high.
Thanks

TH10 Crystal II, but this has to do more with wars. Gowipe, my pekkas have been getting caught up in trying to kill the skeleton troops and the heroes as well, then they die very quickly from lvl 8 teslas. Wiz lock on to the troops but then they have to reset if they die before wiz has a chance to shoot bolt. Very frustrating, everyone in my clan hates them. We want them gone, or reduced.

Aside from the fact that I agree. I have had two tarps of Skellies kill a pack of hogs rather quick once my heals were gone. They do far too much damage.
as for botching an attack, that is actually the reason they are there. Same as spring traps or giant bombs. Called traps because they trap troops and kill them

I actually think that both their defence and attack are too low...
45 HP to be exact, and yes TOO HIGH. It takes a max arch or barb 2 seconds (25,30 Dps) to kill these annoying things. They should be able to be killed the on first arrow or swipe of the sword. I mean they are skeletons! It takes even longer for a higher troop to take them out since it is slower for them to use their ability.
I think we need a reduction of the numbers of skeleton in a single trap
really they can ruin a hogs attack
They were placed into the game exactly to botch peoples' attacks so they're doing what they were designed for. Great attackers still 2 and 3-star their equal base ranks in wars, so despite the additional challenge they add to war attacks, they aren't invincible.
No one can say they're unfair, because they're available to all players just the same and can be arranged however you like to increase the chances of messing up an attack.
They can be an annoyance when they stop an extra star from being earned, but that just means the defender used them well and deserves their well-played defense.
They work as designed, and can be defeated with strategy. No changes needed.
