People joining as soon as someone leaves

In our clan, more often than not we get people join and leave (sometimes request for troops sometimes not). Our clan chat is just filled with ... left ... joined, constantly.
There seems to be a reaction where if someone leaves about 7 people join and leave with in the space of a few minuets.
So does anyone else have this problem? and is there a fix for this?

There Is Solution Other Than Invite Only In My Opinion

Invite only or bump up your required trophies. We only see this behavior when we lower our trophy requirement too low .

Some want to donate, they leave as soon as no one request. Some give good troop, some give crappy troop

Yes to the two others that mentioned it. Set it to invite only, and raise the minimum trophies. 1400 should do the trick.

Is this really a complicated concept to grasp?

People are leaches and flakes. As stated, set to invite only and raise your required cups. Problem solved.

And don't venture out into global. Blech.

yeah we shall try this, its weird mind, none of us are recruiting on global ... we dont really know how people find the clan, but thank you all on this advice
