Is it just me or am I the only one who never noticed the shaking and only now realized there is shaking?

same here didn't know there was shaking until I saw this post. Playing since December 2012.

I would totally agree with removing the shaking. I dont misplace troops because of it but it interferes with deploying troops on my tablet. When the screen is all shaky and i go to press and hold on releasing a bunch of troops it often does not recognize my touch and the troops dont come out. For me its a problem because when I am releasing troops like that I am often already glancing around to see what else I need to do while they go and only after a few seconds do I notice nothing is coming out. I've had front line troops get torched because their back up didn't show up.
