Whats up guys! For a long time I have been trying to figure out ways to get to Champions League; however, all I have known in Clash is how to Farm. So in this guide, I am going to discuss how I mad it to Champs with a step by step walk through of each League. while not just making INSANE Loot, but also how to keep your trophies!
TH Snipping: Attacking bases simply for the TH & easy cups and getting out!
When I snipe, I mainly use my archer queen and I also have a Barch army ready to go just in case I can take out the collector bases.
Your base:
***Put your TH outside. Let them have it! Most people will just snipe you for a few easy cups and then you get a cheap 12 hour shield. Plus you get to keep that precious loot!
Gold League:
I started in Gold League because this is where I have been farming as a TH9. The loot is easy since there are mainly TH8 and TH9's here and the collector bases are all over the place.
The good thing about Gold is you get through it no problem with Sniping because most of the people here are also farming, so their TH is outside the walls.
When you're in Gold, you can afford to log off for a while and not many people will mess with you since they are farming too. If you have a well designed base with your loot protected, not many people are going to try to take it.
I would recommend here that you snipe the TH and if you want even Barch, most of the time you can easily manage to get the 50%. Like I said, a lot of people will have their TH outside so you will get through Gold no problem.
I also carry 4 Lightning spells in the event that I find a lot of Dark Elixer on a base (usually 2000+). I know it's annoying to get your Dark Elixer zapped but it's an easy and simple way to get a lot of Dark Elixer!
Crystal League:
Crystal is where I had the most trouble to be honest. I started to get a little greedy and though I could still Barch people for the 50%, but that wasn't always the case. Also, you can't really afford to get off all the time because as soon as you do, someone is going to snipe you.
This strategy requires you to dedicate a long time to the game if you want to get through to Champs from here. For me, my job allows me to be on my phone for hours at a time. Stay on and keep Sniping, other wise, you will lose those cups.
Keep your archer queen alive at all costs. The Archer queen is your bread and butter in Crystal. A lot of people who leave their TH outside like to Troll snipers and will trap their base. THis is where the Barch comes into play. Check for traps with your Barbarians and distract them while your archers and your Queen get the TH. Just as a precaution, I always use my queens ability if she was getting targeted, or as soon as the TH went down, just to be safe.
Don't be greedy, take the TH and get out! You will get easy cups and the loot bonus will pay off! I never really had to use my Barch attacks much, therefore, I was never really spending any elixer. As you make your way through Crystal, the loot bonus starts to add up when you snipe a lot of TH's. Again, take the TH and get out, don't get caught up on how much loot is in the storage's, the Loot Bonus WILL PAY OFF!
The best bases to snipe are collector bases that also have the TH outside! If this is the case, go ahead and Snipe it and Barch your way through the rest of the loot. You'll get a pretty good score.
I can't reiterate these point enough, stay online, and keep the queen alive!
Masters League:
Master is tough to be quite honest. It really tests your patients. I would say the majority of them are TH 9 and 10, with their TH inside. Be patient and press the next button if the TH is not outside.
By now, the loot bonus is at 100k, meaning you can afford to press the next button, once you actually find a base to snipe, the Loot bonus will pay off tremendously!
I also had to change my Army Composition up a bit here. I had to start adding in giants and a few wall breakers along with my Barch, because a lot of people here like to keep the TH on the outside, but walls are still around it with those dang Tesla's.
Take what you can get! I found a bunch of TH8's in here, and they were only worth 1 cup. Take it anyway if the Th is outside! you still get an awesome loot bonus and one more cup that you didn't have.
Again Masters takes a lot of time, stay online and be patient. If you're getting tired of sniping, push for about 100 cups and get off and take the cheap shield!
Once I got to masters I did troll my TH. A lot of guys in Masters have strong enough army compositions to take your base easily. When they see an easy TH, they focus on that and once they committed to it, they have to take it. By putting spring traps and teslas by it, it's an extremely cheap way to keep people away from your base. They will get your TH, but by then, a lot of troops have been expended and can't handle the rest of your base.
Champions!:
After a lot of patients and sniping you will have some pretty insane loot just from the loot bonus its-self!
When your in champs, go ahead and put your TH by its-self without trolling it! Be nice and let them take it. You're dealing with the best clashers in the game, most of which are TH10. What this means for you as a TH9 or lower, you are only worth ONE CUP! Once they take down your TH, there is no point in them taking the rest of your base because they don't get anymore trophies! So be nice, let them have your one cup, and keep your loot! Don't make them mad!
Keep sniping! The TH's are mainly inside the base by now but they are out there. If you're feeling courageous, you can now afford to use the Loonion attack strategy to get 50% on bases, but I just don't think it is worth it personally. Just for one Snipe, you get almost 200k in loot!
I hope this guide helps some of you guys that are looking to be apart of the Champions League, but still keep that loot. I myself still love farming and I can't tell you how many times I have maxed my storage's from this strategy. You will make easy loot through this and upgrades will be extremely simple while doing this!
