    Exclamation Tried everything, still crashes

    I've one of the original iPads, with the iOS as high as it will go (5.1.1), and after this newest update the app has been crashing (most often just as it's starting up, rarely I might get a minute before it closes out).

    I have tried force quitting the app and restarting the app. I've tried force quitting and rebooting my iPad; but neither has worked. If this keeps happening (without it being addressed sometime soon) I will probably end up deleting the game altogether and won't be downloading any more apps from Supercell. (Especially since it's obviously not just me.)

    Crash 3

    Well now I can't even connect , so much for sorting things out. Even getting on to the forum page has been an adventure. I've just returned from a gaming event where I've been playing games from the 80's with no problems and seen system designed to take cartridges from Sega and Nintendo. I think I am going to go retro , which seem to work better than modern technology which needs continual updating and more and more money

    Mine will now load just don't try and do anything or move cause guess what it crashes again. Some improvement I guess but still sucks, still unable to play.

    So, it looks like there may be light coming soon. Just passing this along so we know something is happening and that it should not be much longer...

    I had high hopes after reading this. I too have an original ipad running IOS 5.1.1 that is affected. There was a few minutes today I thought they had fixed it. But I was quickly booted. I tried several times, each time doing all the steps... closed app, hard restart, rain dance, mumbled the magic words, etc... still a no go.
    It confounds me this company seems to take their time on fixing issues that keep so many from playing their game and therefore handing over their $. This is not the first time something like this has happened.. I clearly remember the non working help/ friends tab issue that drug out for weeks just a few months back. I wonder how many have just moved on to another game by now?
    And please, no "they know and are looking into it" comments, those are as comforting as the "sorry you are having issues, let me tell you how it's not our game but your device" replies that SC customer service gives. To people who can't play and are voicing their frustrations, those comments are just not helpful.

    Frustrated too

    II also had hoped there was light after getting that message. Alas, today's message was basically, we are still working on it. Not sure where we go from here. I keep checking the announcement board for a maintenance to fix this. Nothing still. Waiting for them to fix this when we are not given an option to update is low. These guys need to do tons more testing before pushing it out. I work as a software programmer and if a bug is found, especially as bad as crashing thousands of player games, my company gets it fixed in hours, maybe a day or so. This is the fourth day and no communication and no eta, workaround or anything is infuriating.

    Its not like I got to level 129 by being a casual player nor without spending some real money on diamonds. But, I should not be ignored or made to feel like a nuisance because they broke something and did not test it well enough. My boyfriend wonders why I am in such a bad mood...its one game you can play 24 hours and not run out of lives or have to wait for more energy or whatever. And I love the people in my neighborhood and that's gone. Just venting....

    Unhappy Ios 6.1.6

    I update hayday recent update after hayday not working in my mobile .
    i am using iPhone 3GS ios 6.1.6 . Hayday takes connecting and take loading suddenly closed hayday game .
    i tried reinstall hayday but not open hayday .

    please tell me solution hayday developers .. I didn't play hayday 3days . I need to play hayday . Please help me

    Still problems

    Just tried to play again.This time game loaded, went to do something game froze and then dropped me out. Supercell the problem still exists. I cannot play at all and if the problem is not sorted soon I am afraid this game will be deleted and I am off to play another very similar game which has no problems.

    Same here too .. iPhone 3GS iOS 6.1.6 game loading and crashing , posted a thread but no answer from developers .
    Right now Im using ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to play the game but hope there will be a solution soon ..

    Is anything being done?

    I think I would just like to know if supercell is going to drop all users that are 5.1.1-------then ill stop waiting to get back to my farm and move on......does anyone know?
