Crashes since new update

With my iPad from yesterday is impossible to play

Yep! Sorry, after 2 days of bliss and hope, displayed in my previous post, we are back to not able to play without constant crashing and freezing. This is very frustrating. iPad 1 impossible (my mum playing), but even my iPad 4 with the newest OS installed was sluggish today.
As someone mentioned earlier, if the iPad 1 players are excluded now, and no fix is available, please let us know. So we can move on to another game. If the 'fix' is still being developed, just give us an update. Please.

Yesterday I had 25 diamonds and this morning I woke up with 20. Please fix this issue bucause is not the fort time... Nad is not fear because diamonds are very expensive 😠😠
I love Hay Day and I'm not going to stop playing because of that but you should try to be better with us becu5we are loyal players.

I've lost many diamonds before because I accidentally clicked on Tom or ordered the package I didn't have enough vouchers for, and was to quick clicking before noticing. Often I didn't notice until later. Sneaky diamonds they are!

Since the update, I've been playing in between crashes but at least could play even though it was annoying to have to reload the game.

However for the last 24 hours, the game will not load. It freezes on the loading screen. And yes, I've done all the "possible resolution" steps.

Why isn't SC addressing this issue?

So much time wasted trying to play. Cannot get past loading page again. Sick to death. Check out first subject of this area of the forum and see how many others are fed up with this latest update and the trouble it has caused.

I find that it is impossible to get game to load when there is an event, like there is right now. It will be over tomorrow evening here on the east coast of the US. So, if it loaded before and not now, wait until the event is over and maybe you can play again.

But, the long silence on the issue from supercell is highly disappointing. As I have read and monitored the issue both on this forum as well as the thousands of comments in iTunes and the play store for android devices, it happens somewhat randomly on old and newer devices, various iOS and versions of the android devices, although currently more frequently on older versions and devices, bottom line, the next updates will continue to add tens of thousands to the growing list of users alffected. I suspect it is the first throws of its possible demise. It is part of a greater problem with the game because it impacts all devices and operating system although not every person on a given combination. If they continue to ignore the issue, which their silence seems to indicate, the problem will continue to multiply and grow bigger until they can not continue to update the game. But what can we do other than try to keep the issue on their radar?

All I know is that im loosing tom becouse of this crashing thing.
Our NH is loosing becouse of this crashing.
I really hope every one effected will get reimbursed .
I really hope this problem gets fixed up soon.

Still crashing. Most often when using DD or visiting other farms.


IS Supercell ignoring this issue?
