Actually, per the minimum, these are actually within the requirements listed for he game. Plus, there are some newer iOS and lpods and Iphones having this issue. It has to do with the game taking every bit of memory in the device, wanting more and crashing because it can not get more. Today, for a few moments, I was able to interrupt the event clouds by going to my town or fishing area and it does not crash. Often, when I went back to the farm, it crashes and the next several time the game loads, it crashes within a second or two of getting the clouds if it gets that far. As I imply, it is the memory it takes for all of these animations crashing our games. I assume there are differences in the iOS versions and how they manage memory.
Note, also, my daughter has hayday on her iPod, 4th gen iOS 6.1.6, like mine except mine is the 64gb version and hers is 16gb and hers works so much better than mine. She does not get those stupid clouds every time she starts the game. Something causes that on mine and crashes it almost all the time. She has about 3gb in apps and I have nearly 50gb.
I Miss my farm
My game crashes every ten minutes when being online with iPad or iPhone and this happened after the latest update.
But I found a resolution to that problem quite easily, download a program to your computer so you can then play via there instead. And look, the problem disappeared in a flash! That's just awesome
But it still bugs me I can't play with iPad, it's so handy using that device rather than carrying around on a bulky computer.

The point also is that many other games play just fine on older devices. There are long time players that cannot afford to upgrade to a newer device atm, and cannot play any longer, or with great difficulties

The game is broken. The mkst recent maintenance makes my game freeze after 40 seconds. Before id crash after a couple of minutes but at least i got some game time in. This is just ridiculous now.
Last night my game was fine then this morning it would pull up the initial loading screen. Load up saying updating and switching back and forth from that to connecting. It would never actually load Into my farm. I have tried everything suggested to help and nothing has it continues this. I play on my mobile phone. Samsung galaxy s4 active. AT&T. US.
I'm so happyafter two weeks, I could finally play a normal game today, only 2 crashes but I managed to reload the game afterwards. Hopefully this will last, please please no more crashes!!
