Crashes since new update

I have tried everything! Holding the home key until apps appear with red dot with white stripe. Then, tapping each one until the apps stop running in the background. Rebooting the entire iPad, etc...Nothing is working. It has to be something wrong with the latest summer update. I hope they are working on a new update to fix the issues with this game.

First thing to do is a full force shut down(closing the app completely from running in the background) to "clear the debris" so to speak.

This usually clears the crashing issues that crop up after an update. Hopefully, this will work for all of you as well.

This is not working for people, myself included. Hay Day needs to send out a new update to repair the damage caused by the latest summer update!

I don't know if you've looked at the first page of this section of the forum , but myself ( on an older iPad) & many others including android users and new apple devices are experiencing the same problem since the last update. The powers that be are looking into it. I've been unable to access my farm for about four days now & I'm pretty fed up.

I am having the same problem many have reported here. Since the June 2015 update it will not load. I have tried the reset process several times, but still not good. I have an iPad 1 running 5.1.1 iOS and have over 3 gig free space.

I play this game everyday and have spent hundreds on in game purchases. How can I get running again. I lost the use of Tom which I had recently spent diamonds to get.

First of all you should not make updates mandatory as there was only one button to use.

I have seen nothing mentioned as a remedy to this. Please respond with answers on how I can fix this.

My ads had been kind since before the update. I keep seeing tools at huge amount,lke 10 tape, 7 screw,etc.now I cant get them as I got crash before even arrived there

No, I've tried to restore to new my iPad but the crashes are continuosly the same.

I have tried airplane mode. Turn off and on the device. On Wifi. Crashes.

Loading.. is shown. Then crashes. Please fix this. There are lots of early users of the Hayday game using Ipad 1.

If force quitting all apps on your device, and rebooting it doesn't help, please let us know! We are unaware of any crash issues, so any information will help - device, operating system version, etc.

Ipad 1, IOS 5.1.1 the latest that is available for that device.

Crashes after the loading.. sometimes after one dot. Loading. Closed all apps, airplane mode, shut off the ipad. On again, on with wifi. Same issue. Crashes at the same - to my knowledge - place. Please fix this.

It is probably bad test processes that made SuperCell, for the first time forever, put out a lousy version of HayDay. Please fix this.

If I start the game and don't do anything. No crashes. if I harvest or make, crash likely 25%, if I go to anothers boat, crash likely 50%, if I try to load the boat, or search the paper, crash likely 75%.

it even has problems communicating with the Game Center , too.
