Lvl1: ressurect troops in a 1.5 tiles and they will have 15% of their natural dps,hp, and speed.
Lvl2: ressurect troops in a 2 tiles and they will have 20% of their natural dps,hp, and speed
Lvl3: ressurect troops in a 2.5 tiles and they will have 25% of their natural dps,hp, and speed
