HowardStark, this forum will drop down dead from all the th7s posting their comments on such a change. :-)
If anything, I would say increasing loot bonus from ths above you could work, for there is no sense in attacking higher lvl bases atm. But I doubt SC will endorse any ideas leading to increase of resources in game. :-)
