No, I don't hate it at all, actually. If anything, I feel bad for the attacker because of the fact of how OP heroes are at defense, as well as at offense.

Giving heroes a buff would be one of the most insanely idiotic things to ever be done..

Don't you HATE when you're being attacked by someone, and your BK (Barbarian King) or AQ (Archer Queen) is just helpless, without his/her ability to use on defense... Oh I wish Supercell allowed us to use the ability while on defense! Well, here's how it would go:
- If there was a live replay of you being attacked, and your Hero is being attacked, you can use the ability at any time, or maybe it could be programmed into the game, so when at the last second, when your hero is about to die, their special ability activates and they do whatever their special ability is. So comment on this and tell me; is it okay?

Would you like it if you were attacking somebody and just as their hero was about to die, boom, their ability is used and they have more health AND a swarm of barbs/archers came after you? So now you have to deal with the hero and its spawned troops. HORRIBLE.

Nobody would like this. You'd have to waste MORE troops to kill the stupid thing.
