Five housing space seems to little. That is the same as a giant, and this seems far better than a giant. Maybe it should take 7 housing spaces? But I do like the overall idea.

I was thinking 6 because a valks stats at lvl 1 are 88 dps and 900 hitpoints and 24 speed. But because of this troops double speed and double damage to splash id say either ones fair.

I still say for an attacking troop to be worth DB7, it should be like a damage. Medium health, high damage.
