Hello,
we are the 3 star empire, as our name suggests our goal is to 3 star, we avoid 2 star strategies. No shame in failing when you give it your all in order to succeed.
We are a serious clan that is striving to become a serious war clan. We don't always get the 3 stars but we always try for it. We are a new clan with experienced players who have been moving together but never could find the right fit, we either joined clans with weak leadership or disorganized warfare or some other inefficiencies that made the game frustrating. Now we made the choice to play this game the way we want to play it. Here is what we can offer to our players.

Strong donations
Always the best troops for war (or outside of war), in fact we don't expect you to hit in war if you don't get max troops in your cc. we want the best possible chance to 3 star.
We coach and we talk strategy, draw plans, discuss options and plan out the war.
Leadership positions available overtime for dedicated players who want to improve themselves and the clan
Strong leadership that follows the rules and gets rid of players who don't. We are stern but fair.

What we expect from you
Always try to get 3 stars in war
Dedication to the clan, we have your back and we expect you have ours
follow the rules, get bindle (free app), reserve your base through a leader and if they agree with your target then it is yours. We will support you and coach you if we feel that you need it, and we will value your opinion
Be respectful, no drama. We all joke around and talk smack for fun but we expect every member to fully respect his/her peers.
What we are looking for
Strong fundamentals, i.e. understanding of funneling and recognizing base weakness (if this is something you don't have but willing to learn then there is hope for you yet. We will train and coach you before we put you into war)
200+ war stars (but depends on TH)
Understanding the definition of as well as having the ability to execute attacks like Goho (TH8+), Dragoon (TH7/8), Golaloon (TH9+), Gowiva (TH8+), proper hog use (TH8+), proper Laloon use etc (TH9+).
Requirements specific by TH level
TH7
* Everything maxed out (except walls)
* Majority Dark purple
TH9s
* Lvl 4/5 hogs (or upgrading to lvl 4)
* Lvl 6 Balloons (or upgrading to lvl 6)
* Lvl 1+ lavahound (as well as considering an upgrade to lvl 2 in the near future)
* proficient in Laloon/Golalooon or hog strategies (or willing to learn)
* Combined hero levels 20 (unless new TH9, then negotiable)
* Walls: Majority skulls
Th10s
* Combined level heroes 30
* Max or near max war troops (i.e. Golems, Lavahounds, Wizards, Witches etc.)
