tool to filter out clan hoppers and war ditchers

People who jump from one clan to another, especially during war is very annoying and bad for clan wars. There should be a stat that shows how many times someone leaves a clan durring a war without putting in their attacks and a stat that shows how often they jump from one clan to another so recruiting clans know who they are dealing with.

I don't think that this idea is necessary personally, although I can give you a few tips if you do suffer from clan members leaving during war.

In our clan, we don't put new members into war straight away. If they aren't a clan hopper, then they will usually be patient enough to wait a couple days until the next war. Otherwise, they'll just leave as a war spectator with no harm done. This is why in our clan, we very rarely have people leaving during war.

    1. SC has a "no-name n shame" policy. This would completely violate that.
    2. war ditchers and hoppers is YOUR clan's responsibility, not SC's.
    3. What if I'm searching for a good clan? If, during my search from one clan to the next, I finally find a good one, they might look at my profile and assume I'm a hopper? Too much confusion.

    I strongly disagree with this.

Agreed. Also, as an Th2-6, I was hitting up req and ♥♥♥♥ clans all the time. Level 5-6 raiding troops make a huge difference as a TH3. I probably joined and left 100's of times. Does that make me a hopper? I wanted the troops, and somebody else wanted to donate them to get their level up. No good clan would accept me if my clans left was over 100, yet I have only really been in 2 different clans as a TH9.

I suppose clan hopping isn't so bad, but leaving in the middle of a war is plain rude and dishonorable. one guy decided to turn his war base into a troll base before leaving just because someone asked him to move his town hall behind some walls. not sure there are many circumstances where doing that is acceptable and I feel like that is someone the persons future clan would want to know about before accepting them into the clan.

That is the point. You wouldn't put a clan hopper in war if you knew he has a tendency to hop or troll during war. If there was a stat that showed how many times the person left clan durring war without attacking, it would be useful.

Loyal players are easy to pick out from hoppers and untrusted players. One look at their donations in clan, their Friend In Need and their War Stars stats is all i need

What about all those people who jump between sister clans for advice/donations? This isnt a problem for clans that are run well.
