Requirements:
~Th7-Th9
~[Th7 - 100+Stars] [Th8 - 150+Stars] [Th9 - 250+Stars]
~Maxed War Troops (Drags, Loons, Hounds, Wiz, Etc)
~Preferably players aged 14+, but exceptions can be made
Rules:
~Must speak English
~Donate more than you receive (Less pertinent to Th7, Th7 troops aren't the best)
*Elder is earned through loyalty, so don't ask for it
When you request to join Leonia Rising, you must include your favorite war strategy.
Ex(Mass Drag, QuattroLavaLoonion, 105, Etc)
If you don't know the name to your strategy, then simply explain it.
