The Tutorial Lady goes beyond just an alchemist. She's sorta like an extreme Hilary Clinton, running your village behind your back.
Actually she seems like a benign chief of staff, taking care of things while you're new in office, warning of things happening when you're not around etc.
But I see the more sinister things beneath the non threatening nice lady facade.
Like gently steering you away from looking more closely at things you shouldn't at.
Manufacturing the false urgency of a goblin attack (for all I know I've done nothing to offend those guys in the first place - i'm cool with some free market capitalists with green skin) to fabricate an excuse to launch a genocidal campaign on eliminating those guys (while offering a great bounty - 800k gold/lix for sacking their capital)
