Clan Improvements

Sorry if some of these ideas were already posted. In my opinion clans really need an update.

1. More ranks. Having just one rank doesn't really allow members to feel they are moving up the ladder towards a promotion. More ranks, I feel, will be appreciated by a lot of players.
   
2. Send messages to certain clan members.
   
3. A place to post clan news.
   
4. An option to set up a family of clans (feeders).
   
5. An option to send a private message to anyone in the game.
   
6. Pay gems to expand the clan!
7. View who in the clan is online.

What do you guys think?

the see who is on would help alot!
and it would be cool if you could see the last time a player was on. making it easyer to kick inactive members
