New clan perk update ideas?

If Super Cell ever increase the capacity of the clan perks, I believe that they should have an increased time on clan raids. Maybe like 30 seconds because sometimes in raids players do not have time to get 100% for whatever reasons. (Only works in clanwars)

Another one should be like heroes upgrades can participate in war despite of their conditions. Adding this would pretty much solve the problems for many players (If they have the perk of course)

Also have troops spawn in barracks more slightly faster (not too much)
or drop the price of troops slightly (by percentages) so it can be affordable.

Lets keep in mind that these are suggestion. I believe it makes the best fit and better experience for war.

I am OK with the idea of having heros up for wars, although I feel that they should be regardless of what clan level you are. I do not think you should get more time in wars. If you cant get 3 stars in 3 minutes, you didnt plan well enough. You have 24 hours of preparation and an additional 24 hours of war. You shouldnt get an advantage over a clan you are warring with. That would create an unlevel playing field.

30 seconds is a lot mate...anyone can do 50% in 30 seconds.

Anyone but not everyone. It possible getting 50% in 30 seconds if your opponent is a way lower th than you. If I was raiding someone in a higher league , more time is needed for cleanup because some bases are too spread out or use as to stall more time.
