Does anyone think the new update is for TH10 only? Like before any new buildings was mainly for TH9 before but now TH10's out so maybe it's for TH10 only.
Of course stuff like increase of DE hit points and troops request message is for all Townhall's. But I'm talking about stuff like the new Spell levels. Or any other new thing that effects battle like new troops or defence towers (if there is any).
I would be a little surprised if TH 9 gets nothing.

I hope everything is for th10. I want more newbs to rush to th10. I am currently th8 and trying to finish my black walls. I have had multiple raids where I cleared over 400k gold from premature th10's.
Th9 is currently the best TH level in the game. They have access to a 4th wizard tower, a 4th AD, crossbows, max level walls, and both heroes. They get the luxury of no longer being the highest TH level so farming is easier than it once was.
SC really needs to create some incentive to hit TH10. I do feel there could be a mingame on the way (June 24th?) for everyone based on some of the stuff I have read on these threads.
