Playing around and experimenting the Bronze League, and look what I just did:

My Archer Queen destroys a base all by her own for over 650,000 resource

What is the most efficient way to train GiBarch and GiBAM with 2 boosted barracks and should I also boost spell factory?

GiBarch:

Barrack 1 (Boosted): 3 Wall Breakers, 6 Giants, Rest Barbarians
Barrack 2 (Boosted): 3 Wall Breakers, 6 Giants, Rest Archers
Barrack 3 (Unboosted): All Barbarians
Barrack 4 (Unboosted): All Archers

GiBAM:

Barrack 1 (Boosted): 3 Wall Breakers, 6 Giants, Rest Barbarians
Barrack 2 (Boosted): 3 Wall Breakers, 6 Giants, Rest Archers
Barrack 3 (Unboosted): All Barbarians

If you're not boosting and play in long sessions, then you would be in category 9A.

9A = For a good balance of all resources, you sohuld be farming in Gold 1 or GOld 2. Since you don't have your Archer Queen, it won't be as easy to 50% bases so Gold 1 and 2 are perfect for finding loot (an ample number of TH8s) without concerning yourself with winning. And since you're not boosting and playing in long sessions, BAM is the perfect army composition for you as it will be the fastest way for you to get an army quickly. Limit 20 Minions to maximize DE profit.

If you're boosting 2 Barracks, then you can start using GiBarch and move down to Silver League. There you will find loads of rushed bases with weak splash defenses so you can target Storage bases. Since you're boosting, you'll have an army fast, so it's best to attack both collector/dead and storage bases instead of searching too long for dead/collector bases. You'll make more loot in the long run this way.

Some league where he was able to attack bases ranging from 846 to 1042... Sounds like right around 1k trophies. (at one point a 1 star on a 1010 base was worth 10...)

Started following you when you were a few levels away from getting your BK to level 40. Love all your videos and content.

Does anyone else feel like finding great loot is harder down in the 1000-1300 range since the Summer 2015 update?

It could also be it got more people playing for a period of time, but it sure seems dry and like the matchmaking is much more granular and matching one up with tougher bases...

finding loot after any update is always harder because


a. people login more
b. people spend more ressoures
c. after the update a lot of bases where able to be raided at the same time, this "dead" window takes some time until its gone because they get a shield again and again and again

just wait a week and the loot is the same as before the update

Hey Ash, just wanted to thank you for the tutorial and videos. I'm a maxed out TH9 working on hero's and walls and you're tactics have had them upgrading constantly since level 10. My BK is 17 and Queen is 16 currently. I've currently opted out of war until they get to 20 where I'll just have one upgrading at a time.

After the summer 2015 update I had a hard time finding good bases to BAM down in silver. I've climbed to gold using GiBarch + Wizards to raid storages and have been doing pretty well, but the army takes way longer to train and drains my elixer way faster.

Any suggestions? Should I push to Masters and farm the loot bonus? Should I wait until update mania dies down and I can return to BAM'ing silver?
