Catching the fast fish (help needed)

I have read through all of the posts on the great thread (thank you for your hard work!). I have a few of the hardest fish still to catch but no matter how hard I jiggle the line or move slowly to the opposite side that they run, I can not catch the fast ones. Please give me some pointers on what to do when the fish darts off in the opposite direction and out of the spot. (I lose them every time!).

Try to pull in 90 degrees. Never the opposite direction. Then you almost certain gonna loose it.

Have done this a couple of times the fish will be calming. Then try to get the fish gently to the middle and try to do no great moves. This gives no 100% certainty. But it's very certain that if you pull the fish in the total opposite direction you'll loose it.

Hi there, you have blue lures in here twice. I think one is supposed to be pink/purple.

Yes you are right, RockingG! Lake Sturgeon can be caught with blue and Purple lures.

And for all those interested here is another good thread to read on fishing, too:

Is there any guaranteed spot to catch the gold level of these fishes? coz always i catch a bronze/silver level of it or an intended event fish which makes my vouchers go waste, glad am atleast am nt wasting purple n gold lures.

Did you read the thread in the link I mentioned above? It talks about event circles there, and also gold weights. I can't help much, but I can tell you that tonight I just caught a gold-weight carp in spot 11 with a green lure. Just make sure when you're fishing to only go for the small circles! That's all I know. I need some gold-weights too so hopefully more members will chime in with more tips!
