when mithril is introduced at th6, it allows the player to alter (not upgrade) town structures in unique ways
afew examples:
town hall
-garrison
a small force (10 spaces) drawn from your army to defend your village (troops garrisoned do not take camp space but cannot be used in battle nor be withdrawn from garrison)
wizard tower
-lighning mage
sacrifices AoE ability to do chain attacks allowing him to reach outside of his normal range (each target hit beond the first is dealt only a decreasing portion of the standard damage)
air sweeper
-gale
temporaraly ground air units (can be targeted by cannons and mortars, reduce RoF)
