Drag/pekka lvl 4 availble at TH9/ Drag lvl 5 on th10

I totally disagree on th Dragons part of this statement. Dragons have killed game play at th7 and low TH8. A TH7 with lev2 dragons can easily 3 star ANY TH7 no matter how upgraded or how well it is designed. I would love to see TH7 only get lev 1 dragons, TH8 only get lev 2 and TH9 get lev 3. Help find some balance in war attacks, maybe see a TH7 try to used hogs once or twice.

But in that way to save the gameplay at th7 and low 8 u will kill the dragon attack it will be useless after th7 th8 and 9 are really really hard, even impossible to 3 stars with drags 2 and 3 respectivly but u're idea are great if they make drag 1 for th7, drag 2&3 on th8, drag 4 on th9 and drag 5 on th10 the update will be the "dragon update", it'll be huge and very nice.
In that way th7 drags attack will be balenced and it'll become harder to get 3 stars so attackers could try other attacks like hogs, giants, or even balloons attack. TH8 will take more time to get a maxed drag attack and TH9 and TH10 will have again a drags attack wich's not useless

imo i think its better to stay the way it is now.
3 starring is meant to be a hard thing to do especially on higher level gameplay; you can't just mindlessly throw down dragons and win a clan war; its time to think approaching a base with a more strategic attack.

I said it hundred times drags aren't a 3 stars attack strategy after th8 in th9-10 getting 3 star with drags is impossible with all the defence (th8-th9: one more air defence and a higher lvl- higher lvl of arch towers and wiz towers and teslas and one more of each defence- one more lvl air sweeper- one more lvl traps and 2 new seekings- a new archer queen who target air troops- 5 more cc troops,...) so it will be a 2 stars attack startegy so here the 3 stars expert can only make the difference and only them and thanks

Sounds good subject to dragon levels 1 and 2 being nerfed.

Higer levels of PEKKA sounds good.

We must have pekka/drag 4 on th9
-1) for pekka: to make a lvl upgrade on th9 and another on th10 instead of 2 upgrades in th10
-2) for a maxed th9 vs maxed th9 a pekka lvl 4 will be a help for the attacker but wont make the attack unfair for the defender
-3) in clan wars, we stop using drags attack from th8, because a drag lvl 3 is very weak for a th9 maxed, and a drag lvl 4 is also very weak for a th10 maxed, so a drag lvl 4 from th9 will make people drags again and even with a drag lvl 4 it's very hard or maybe impossible to take 3 stars from a th9 maxed and a drag lvl 5 on th10 will possibly make the 2 stars on a th10 maxed a bit easier so the masters who gets 3 stars on th10 will make the deference
-4) the lab lvl 7 on th9 doesnt take much time and he's very fastly completed by a good player so making demoting that 2 upgrades from lab 8 to lab 7 will increase lab progress time and balance a bit the lab progress time with the buildings/walls/heroes progress time

Dragon level 4 at TH9: LEARN TO PLAY THE GAME! Dragons ruin TH7 and no strategy that's mass one unit should *ever* be more than a one star strategy. Why in the world do you want people dagoning again? I think it's great that any TH9+ who wants/uses dragons is an ultranoob to be immediately banished from my clan (unless they're trying for one star)
