Introduction
Greetings clash of clans community!! We have a rock solid core for over a year and we decided it is time to grow larger. We have established a friendly community and most of all we are having fun. If you enjoy the game as much as we do while at the same time you're looking for a friendly and fun environment this is the place for you. Fortis Dracones stands for "The Mighty Dragons" in Latin. With such a name I assure you, we are not a clan full of gardeners and builders. WE. HAVE. WARRIORS.
War
In our wars, we have 2 waves of attacks. First is the mirror phase and then is the cleanup phase.
Mirror Phase
In this phase everyone attacks their mirror base (unless they agree to trade bases with someone else). Mirror phase lasts 14 hours. In that period everyone has to use their first attack andwait for the cleanup phase before using their second attack. If someone wishes to use his second attack sooner, he/she has to contact an elder to work it out.
Cleanup Phase
In this phase we just try to 3-star bases that have not yet been 3-starred. The only rule here is to be smart. If you are #2 in war and there are still stars in #4 and #15, you have to choose #4.
Other war rules
- You HAVE to use both of your attacks. Not doing so may get you kicked from the clan (if you don't attack at all) or sit out the next two wars (if you miss one attack).
- You need to plan your attacks. Randomly dispatching your troops over and over again just to get one or two stars, is NOT acceptable.
- TWO STARS ARE NOT CONSIDERED GOOD ENOUGH.There is no penalty for making a mistake. We all make mistakes. However, you always have to try for that final star. Don't just aim for the town hall.
- You are supposed to update your war base if something is wrong with it (if it's getting 3-starred easily every time).
A few more things about us
Peace has no place in Fortis Dracones. We make one war after another all week. If war is your kind of thing then you should join us. We are looking for people like you, people who are not afraid to make that one step ahead and rise; because that's what WE want YOU to do. RISE with us.
For our out-of-game communication we use facebook. Joining our facebook group is optional. It is, however, highly recommended. What's better than getting to know your clanmates better?
Additionally, in Fortis Dracones there is no room for whiners and crybabies. As long as you correct your mistakes there is room for forgiveness. So if you are in the following categories you won't be accepted or you will and you will be kicked a few days after:
- Clan hopper
- Crybaby / Whiner
- Rude / Flamer
Now, I would like to present you our rules.
Rules
- All war rules mentioned before.
- Always respect other clan members.
- Donate your troops as much as possible.
- If someone ask for specific troops don't give them anything else.
- If you do not wish to participate in wars just turn your profile war setting to "I'm OUT".
- Only English in clan chat.
- Be polite with your fellow clan members.
Requirements to join
- Speak english good enough to communicate without problems.
- Have TH8+.
- Your base has to be good. Not perfect but we will not accept individuals with horrible bases (Come on you know what I mean. We've all seen bases with resources exposed or no walls or something).
- NO RUSHED BASES

Yes. Prove yourself trustworthy. Donate troops, be active and friendly. Help new members if they have questions. Participate in wars. If you do all that you will become an elder. If you do all that for quite a long time, I may consider promoting you to co-leader. Who knows...
Rules for Elders
Those who have the "Elder" rank have to:
- Invite new members from global chat if they are asked to do so.
- Inform new members for our rules.
- Inform the leader if someone disobeys the rules.
