I think that upgrading heroes should be like upgrading troops. I shouldn't need to use up a builder to upgrade my Barbarian King. Furthermore, I think I should be able to attack with my Barb King even when he is being upgraded. Overall, heroes attack and defend bases just like regular troops do. So, why are the heroes upgraded differently?
