I dont like the idea. If I could upgrade walla without a builder I would spend all the elixar I had before I sign off, so there is nothing to raid from me.
Good for me, but bad to the overall economy, and therefore bad for the game. If there is nothing to raid, I can not save for upgrades.
This completely defeats the purpose of the entire game. Why not just be able to upgrade buildings without builders too! YAYYYYIt's very HARD to upgrade WALLS when Builders are Busy, So make changes, so that we can upgrade Walls easily..
