Welcome to the SJANA family recruiting page. We have three clans for active adults. For those that love constant war we have SJANA (level 6), the original clan. For those that prefer war twice a week, we have sjana2 (level 5) with a third optional war over the weekend. For the passionate farmer, we have sjana3 (level 4) with three optional wars per week. We are fair play only clans. All three clans are fully adult, comprised of folks mostly in their 20s and 30s but have a range of ages from 20-60s. All three clans stay current with innovative war attacks and are constantly practicing to achieve three stars. Optional trophy pushes occur occasionally to encourage practice and camaraderie.
We started the family in January 2014 and have recruited slowly so that everyone gets to know one another. We pick members that are team players, willing to donate and enjoy a collaborative, friendly environment. We promote based off the usual donations and time spent in clan but also based off of personality and fit for clan. We look for people with common sense and who understand that we have to work together as a team to grow and win. Those that are selfish whether in war or donation do not last very long in our clans. All three clans enforce a respectful environment. Constructive criticism and helping suggestions are encouraged. Tantrums, shaming and a poor attitude will get you kicked.
Leadership is very organized. All leaders share a google hangouts chat where we discuss ideas for the clan, promos, demos, kicks and strategy. We also have an informative website, a weekly newsletter and a well-utilized forum:www.sjana.net
You can apply on our forum for consideration. The application process helps us find folks that appreciate a well organized clan. Plus, it gets you on our forums from the get go.

We have only active, adult members. We have a very low turnover rate in all three clans due to the positive environments we have created.

My main love of sjana and the sjana community is the people. When sjif and I embarked on this voyage, we knew we wanted to build one great clan. Little did we know, we would build three! I have been lucky to be able to be in all three clans (yes, three characters) and truly get to know the fantastic folks in each. I love to log in and read all the interesting conversations between what once were strangers and now are friends. We have done our best to create enjoyable, challenging and inspiring environments for adults to enjoy. We have had a TON of help from the various leads in each clan to create these environments, to build our website and to contribute to our forums. I believe we have achieved our initial goal and then some. I love the rich community that is now part of my daily life. Thank you to all of our members that make me proud every day!

There are several reasons to love sjana. First and foremost is the people. Everyone fits. We have people from all over the globe and from every walk of life but every person in every clan is exactly right for that clan. Everyone is accepted for who they are and allowed to be who they are as long as they are respectful of others.
Secondly is the people. Everyone is sjana is always willing to help without being overbearing or condescending. If you have a question about GoHog, just ask and you will be inundated with people giving you their advice and explaining their styles.
Thirdly comes the people. Everyone is sjana likes to have fun. No one wants to come home from work and treat this game like a second job. The leadership and members understand and accept that.
Last and most important is the people. I joined this clan looking for like minded adult people that shared my love of fun for this game. I found that here and along the way I've met several people that I would honestly call true friends. They are caring, frustrating, giving, hard-headed, understanding, real people that I'm happy to have met and hope to stay in contact with long after this game is a thing of the past.
This is truly the best family of clans in the game.

About a year ago, I was looking for a new clan (one that took war a bit more serious than my previous one) and posted a message here. I received the same canned replies to my request that many of you probably have also gotten. However I also received a PM from Anahatha from a clan called sjana. It was different, it was more than a canned response. I opted to give them a try.
I'm glad I did. The leadership was organized, friendly, and everything ran smooth...nothing micromanaged or left to fester. Fast forward a year and we've gown so large that we had to start 2 sister clans, only due to running out of room. We want to continue our growth and want to recruit adult/mature players that are willing to get in on the ground floor and help us duplicate our first success. We're not looking for perfection, we're looking for those that just need a friendly environment to grow and learn.

Why I love my Sjana...I was a member of another clan, actively recruiting on SuperCell's forums for this same clan when I ran across the Sjana recruiting ad. I looked it over trying to glean tidbits that might help me in my quest. As I began to read, I came to the conclusion these people are offering more than just a spot in their clan. They were offering social interaction and structure I didn't think was possible with a silly kids game. I needed to be part of this. Since then the clan has grown into 3 separate clans. I've made friends here that I otherwise would have likely never met. My life is richer because of Sjana and this silly kid's game.

I have a few reasons why I love Sjana3, really the whole Sjana family. With my job, and the amount of time I spend doing my job everyday. I can still participate with wars, and not have to be present a whole lot on chat. Sjananians are all welcoming, and pretty open about carrying a conversation, or throwing friendly advice to help other mates with attacks, or upgrades. Donations are always readily available, and you can tell there is heart in each player, and the dedication of each member congratulating, and participating in war, giving advice, chatting, and running a clan news shows there is a lot of love.

Sjana...Well what can I say! It's the best clan in the entire world! I've been with Sjana since the start and to see this clan grow into what it is now is just mind blowing. No matter which clan you’re apart of, SJ1, SJ2 or Sj3, they each offer a mature, friendly atmosphere. The reason why I love Sjana so much is simple, they are a kick ♥♥♥ group. It's the only clan I've ever been in going almost 2 years strong! They offer guidance as you progress your base and if you ever need help Sjana always lends a helping hand. Sjana> everything!

As a colead in sjana2, and a new one at that, I have come to realize exactly how well run this clan is. From top to bottom, clan to clan, the leaders and coleaders here have earned not only my loyalty, but my respect as well. Each member has his or her place. In sjana2, what I love is it's not just all about the game. Though we enjoy our strategies and layouts, it's laid back. We are friends, not just clanmates. We joke, laugh, at our own expense and each others. We understand that in the end it is a game, but the friendships you make while playing can last much longer. I personally wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I've been in many clans since I joined my first one in 2002 (outside of CoC). I can easily say that Sjana is one of the best, if not the best, clans I've been in. Whether you like constant war or to sit back and relax in the farming clan, there's something that will fit everyone's wishes. It's not only a great clan but also a great group of people that I'm proud to call my clanmates.

I love sjana. This clan family offers a great balance between friendship and organization without being controlling. The 3 clans are all Great War clans but the individuals are still important. I didn't want to leave my old clan. We were friends and I loved the environment. What drove me to leave was the inconsistency and carelessness when it came to war. Now, as a long time member of SJANA2, I can say that the camaraderie here is amazing. We are a group of friends first and foremost. Second to that is the fight, the discussion on strategy, upgrades etc. This is what I personally love most. We have many tactical members who are always working on perfecting the latest attack strategies, implementing new ideas, and sharing concerns for how to get the W. This clan is a perfect balance of everything.

Sjana is full of the most helpful people who are willing to critique or assist in any game aspect, and that's why I love being apart of it. Whether it's advice about troop upgrades or tips for attacking a base, these people are more than happy to answer questions and give feedback. Few clans have the same level of organization as sjana while still being laid back and allowing members to make their own decisions. Having fun is still the top priority for this group of clans, and being here with mature individuals has led to an experience I'm so glad I didn't miss out on.

Very active clan
Been with this clan for 5 months or so.
Must say that the leadership here is very impressive, making own webpage
and creating newspapers, and also studying the art of how to 3 star Th9s
and sharing this knowledge with others.
Don't think anyone has mentioned this, but if real life gets busy you can
move back and forth between sjana1 and sjana3 to take a break.

I joined SJANA2 and was quickly welcomed in by everyone. I have always felt like a part of this sometimes crazy but often down to earth and fun to be around family. Troop requests are filled instantly and there is 100% participation in war. Even when we lose we fight to the last minute and we are constructive but encouraging to every member. I could not ask for a better clan to be in.

Sjana – a funky name to pronounce but it represents so much. Sjana really is a family – we look out for one another and strive to become better, but it is not all serious stuff. Sjana is made up of people from all sorts of backgrounds, but at the end of the day there is nothing we like more than sending hordes of barbarians to their death for our amusement.
We are extremely organized, we have a forum board where people can discuss tactics, post base designs, or just talk about random stuff. Our weekly newsletter keeps people informed about what is going on in all of the Sjana clans. Our leadership is superb, most of the gritty business is done behind the scenes so our other members don’t have to worry about it.

When I started clash of clans I didn't know a thing about war or being a member of a clan. Sjana taught me many different battle skills and helped me build my base to a th9 from a little th6. What does it mean to be a part of SJANA? Well if you're fortunate enough to have stumbled upon or to have been recruited to SJANA then you allready know this is not some ordinary clan of some cell phone game. This is a family. I say family because the members here truly care for one another and stick together through thick and thin in and out of game. The members of SJANA are nothing short of incredible. Ok, now that the mushy stuff is out of the way. SJANA is a very structured clan filled with people ready to listen and/or give advice. SJANA also has two additional subsidiary clans SJANA2 and SJANA3, each one a little more relaxed than the other, but still serious about the game. What more could you ask for. For me personally, Sjana is home.

I joined sjana after my office clan collapsed. I was nervous going from 10 vs 10 wars into a clan that wars 40 vs 40. Sjana welcomed me with open arms and a clan of strangers quickly turned into a clan of brothers and sisters, ready to stand together and wreak havoc on opposing clans. It's not often that you find a clan you can't imagine playing Clash without, and that's sjana. If you're looking for a place to learn and grow as a player, and looking to do it in a team environment that genuinely cares about the progress of each of its members, then look no further than sjana. I started clash on March 8, 2014. I had no clue that this game is so addictive. I rebuilt my cc then as all players do I was searching for a clan from my own country but I found Sjana. It's not from my country but 'sajan’ means ‘lover' in our national language so I joined. I felt happy and shared everything with my clan, my best friends. You can call them a family. When I do a great job on something they praised me. When I did something bad they used to correct me as a family would. The fascinating part is we never knew each other apart from coc then we started to find out ways that we can make our clan big. Anahatha and Greg came up with an awesome idea for the co's to create a chat where we discussed strategies for everything. We are a big and strong clan. We created a web portal which was even more awesome. We care for each other and we back each other up. I love Sjana more than anything in my life. I would say one day we would make it to the top 3 clans for sure. I love you guys. I am also the youngest player in the clan. I am happy and proud about it. Stay happy and clash on

Sjana2 is the second clan I've participated in since joining coc. I never thought I'd have to leave the first, but it was sadly dissolved. I was exceptionally fortunate to stumble upon Sjana and was immediately welcomed by all. My game play has dramatically improved since joining with all the support everyone offers. I've never heard of a more supportive clan in all of coc. And believe me, I looked everywhere. So come one and all and see what greatness awaits you!
