I'm not quite sure how to 100% this base.. I think a bunch of barbs dropped on the left would work all the way around to the right until they set off the CC and wouldnt be too tempted to go for the hidden teslas in the outer ring.. What do you guys think? I've also included my troop levels in the photo.

I'm no war expert but I'm pretty sure mass Barbs isn't a viable 3 star strategy against a max th9. You'll basically have to use a heal spell at each WT on whatever is left in your army and it will lose steam pretty quick as those mortars 2-shot your troops. Even if they did somehow clear the exterior ring, I don't think they'd have any chance of defeating what's in the core, too many hp's in the middle ring, but it would be interesting to see the results.
I'll have to attack it by tomorrow afternoon.. I'll post results. But hopefully I'll get some solid ideas before then. And I wouldnt dare attack with all barbs.. Although I have never tried them against th8's or 9's.
Do a HoLo. Use balloons to take out the outer point defenses, then hogs to wreck the core.
